Acceptance of Terms

By using Purple Ops: Candy Division services, hosting our machines, or participating in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Purple Ops: Candy Division provides candy vending machine placement and management services including:

Machine installation and maintenance
Candy supply and restocking services
Revenue sharing programs
Business consultation and support

Host Responsibilities

As a machine host, you agree to:

Provide a safe, accessible location for the candy machine
Allow reasonable access for maintenance and restocking
Report any machine issues or damage promptly
Not tamper with or attempt to repair machines yourself
Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your premises

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service type:

Rental Services: Monthly payments due on the first of each month
Revenue Sharing: Payments processed monthly within 30 days
Purchase Options: Full payment required before delivery
Late Fees: 5% monthly charge on overdue balances

Machine Ownership and Maintenance

Purple Ops retains ownership of rental machines and is responsible for:

Regular maintenance and cleaning
Repairs due to normal wear and tear
Replacement of defective components

Hosts are responsible for damage due to misuse, vandalism, or negligence.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Purple Ops may terminate immediately for:

Non-payment of fees
Breach of terms
Unsafe conditions
Misuse of equipment

Limitation of Liability

Purple Ops: Candy Division's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for:

Lost profits or business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages
Theft or vandalism of machines
Health issues related to candy consumption

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
